Jill Foster Dance Centre JFDC
The Jill Foster Dance Centre, is a family owned and operated dance school, who have been offering tuition in Milton Keynes since 1980.
We are proud to offer dance sessions for children ages 3 and up at the Shenley Leisure centre on Friday evenings. These sessions focus on Freestyle, Ballroom and Latin, among many other dance styles.

Harlequin Trampoline Club
Harlequins Trampolining Club is a voluntarily run trampolining club and has been based at Shenley Leisure Centre some 32 years. All of our experienced qualified coaches provide coaching from age 5 up to adult classes with the emphasis on safety first in an enjoyable and comfortable environment.
Our sessions are as follows:-
Wednesday’s 6.30 to 7.30pm for children aged from 5 years up to 16 years.
Wednesday’s 7.30 to 8.30pm for children aged 16years plus and adults.
Friday’s is Adults only session (no children) 6.00 to 8.00pm
Saturday’s 9.00 to 10.00am for children aged from 5 years +
Saturday’s 10.00 to 11.00am for children aged from 5 years +

CMK Squash
CMK Squash brings together a group of enthusiastic squash players to run leagues, club nights, teams and social activities. The Tuesday Squash dedicates places for 30 players who play pre-arranged matches in 5 leagues. The skills range is broad, and the spirit is to enjoy playing whatever level you are playing at. CMK also runs a Saturday Club night which is open to all on a pay per session basis.

Loughton Lodgers Badminton Club.
Loughton Lodgers Badminton Club offers good quality, enjoyable training sessions mainly for young people aged from 7+. Our Club has been running for over 30 years in various locations in Milton Keynes, and we run training sessions 7 days a week using different venues (including Shenley Leisure Centre). Our club is also very keen in encouraging young people to become team leaders and coach assistants; we also love to mentor dedicated players to obtain coach qualification Level 1 and 2 before going to university. Lawrence’s first club was opened in Milton Keynes in 1990. Having taught Shotokan Karate for some years, he formed his own association in 1995 called Bushido (The word Bushido means the Warriors Code which aptly sums up Lawrence’s attitude and spirit towards his Karate). Lawrence teaches many classes in the UK and internationally. Lawrence is a fine teacher with a vast amount of knowledge he is a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner and teacher of Karate.

Taidokan Aikido
We are a friendly inclusive club with students from all backgrounds and ages. One of the oldest Yoshinkan associations in the UK led by one of the highest ranked Yoshinkan instructors in the world (Sensei Yates 8th Dan). Yoshinkan Aikido is a way of connection, a way to dissipate and use an attackers energy back on themselves and recognised as the only martial art taught to the Tokyo riot police force.

60+ Bingo Group
This young at heart group have been running at Shenley leisure centre for over 20 years, they meet every Tuesday from 2pm until 4pm to stay social and in touch with their friends.
Its free membership but they raise funds with the weekly Tuesday bingo, raffles, grants and a regular quiz organised by the centre.
The group regularly arrange Days out which have included MK Theatre, Blenheim Palace, Cotswold Wildlife Park and of course their yearly Christmas Party.
