This area is 10m x 10m and is a first rate facility, featuring a sprung wooden floor, air conditioning and 2 banks of mirrors, providing an excellent area for aerobics, martial arts, dance tuition/practice, table tennis and community meetings. A music system can be made available upon request for an extra charge if you do not have your own.
We make use of this area to host our excellent range of fitness classes such as Zumba and yoga.
