BOXERCISE is a fun way to improve your fitness with a combination of aerobic exercises, punching and pad holding. There are just eight basic punches to learn, so boxercise is very easy for anyone to participate in. Other exercises in boxercise include running, jumping, sit-ups, crunches, press-ups, tricep-dips, lunges, squats, burpees, star jumps and the plank.
