FOREVER FIT (50+) These classes are designed for the older active adult, with low impact, easy to learn routines, the class is a great way to keep fit in a fun & friendly atmosphere.
20/20/20 Cardio workout for 20 mins followed by 20 mins of Weights & Squats followed by 20 mins floor (core) work. Targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach. This is a low/medium impact class, suitable for all levels of fitness.
STEP is an aerobic activity allowing you to improve cardio vascular fitness whilst toning the lower body by using a stepping platform to perform combinations that work the major muscle groups and some weight work is also incorporated to tone the upper body too. The cool down exercises will also help strengthen the core and improve flexibility.
BODY SCULPT is a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to target every muscle group in the body. It will improve your overall fitness dramatically and help to define and tone your body with regular exercise. The class consists of step aerobics, body sculpting and toning.
BODY TONE is a body-condition class designed to increase muscle tone and sculpt the body onto the shape you want. Using body bars, small hand held weights and your natural body weight, this class aims to tone, build or define every part of your body! Body tone is suitable for all levels and fantastic for improving your overall strength and stability.
KETTLEBELLS HIIT is a high Intensity Interval Training Class an effective workout to blast the fat and build strength! Helping to build balance, power, muscle and more! A kettle bell is a cast-iron ball with a handle attached to the top of it. Kettlebell training is great for men and women of all shapes and sizes.
