Shenley Leisure Centre provides a wide variety of Group Exercise Classes. We have over 25 classes a week to choose from. All classes are suitable for both men and women at all levels of fitness.

There are many reasons a class might be good for you, they are great at fitting into a busy schedule and a fun way to improve your health and fitness and you could even bring a friend along to enjoy them with you. The good news is that they can all be booked online.
A bit about our exercise classes
They’re social, fun and a good workout. Our classes range from low impact to the more intense, no matter what level the class, the Shenley instructors will guide you through every step. We have some great Aerobics instructors at Shenley, with a wide range of experience and expertise; here they are:
Ana has been working as a fitness instructor for 19 years, and over 12 of those years have been at Shenley Leisure Centre. She loves working here! She has a Level 3 Pilates including ante & postnatal qualification. Ana brings loads of energy and enthusiasm to her classes.
Alex has worked in health and fitness for 21 years and has specialised in cardiac rehabilitation and older populations. She is qualified in a variety of other disciplines including Pilates, Boxercise and Circuits. She is energetic, bubbly and keen to give you the best workout adapted to your needs. Alex is always eager to cover classes and meet new members.
Emma has always had a passion for Health and Fitness, regularly attending a variety of fitness classes. Wanting to share her passion and help others feel good through exercise and a healthy lifestyle she has spent the last seven years teaching fitness classes from bootcamps, HIIT sessions to Personal Training sessions. Emma continually pushes her classes to achieve results whilst making the sessions fun and enjoyable.
My name is Kylie, also known as the crazy bird lady! I am passionate about what I do and my objective is to ensure that you get everything you want from your workout. To me, nothing is more important than the relationship between instructor and participant… I will laugh with you, sweat with you and cry with you if need be! Suitable for all ages and abilities and provides a full body workout! Whether you’re a fitness freak or not, I do my best to sprinkle fairy dust on your workout experience!
Katie has been teaching Aerobics for Shenley for 17 years and loves it. She holds many qualifications, including Aerobics, Zumba, Fitsteps and Step. Having danced from the age of 3 and becoming a qualified Dance Teacher, it was a natural progression to become an Instructor. Music and movement are great for the heart and soul, Zumba classes and 20/20/20 with Katie are full of energy, sweat, singing and plenty of giggles.
